✕SchoolSaidNo
For parents, in plain words

The school said no. That's not the last word.

Every school fight runs on rules and clocks the school never hands you. Pick your fight below — the checker is free, it shows its law, and it tells you the truth even when the truth is "your state sets no deadline."

Every fight has a kit

Five of the six doors carry a kit: the letters, the checklists, the state rules — written out in full, priced once, yours to keep. The bullying paper trail is free, because the parent mid-incident should not meet a paywall first.

How this place works

  1. Pick your fight. Six doors, named the way parents name them — not the way the school's form does.
  2. Run the free checker. It shows where you stand: your clock, the school's duties, the next step — every number cited to the law it came from, stamped with the month it was checked.
  3. Send the paper. Fights with schools are won on dated, written, delivered paper. The kits carry the letters; the free pages carry the first one.

What we will never do

Invent a deadline your state doesn't have. Call a risk check a diagnosis. Sell you therapy dressed as paperwork — or paperwork dressed as therapy. Promise an outcome. The school's advantage is that it knows its own rules. This site exists to hand you the same page.

Rules checked October 2026 — every rule on this page is cited to its source. Verify day counts against your district's official calendar.
